We will exchange any item that is in new, resellable condition. In the
case of slings, we
offer free exchanges to help you get a sling that fits correctly.
Items may be exchanged at no shipping cost from us to you, once per
order. If additional exchanges are necessary, then the buyer will pay
shipping costs both ways.

If you are exchanging your sling because it is slightly too big,
please try washing and drying it first. Most fabrics will shrink 1/2
to 1 inch after washing and drying. Your sling may be a perfect fit
after washing! If not, then we are happy to exchange it for another
There is a 30 day time limit on exchanges. To exchange your item,

bra size, shoulder/hip measurement and whether the sling you are
returning was too big or too small.

A refund of your total amount less the shipping cost will be given
when the sling is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The
